
If you are sending in an item for service please send it to the address listed below and include a note inside the package with your name, address, daytime phone number, email, and a short description of the issue. Please include only what’s needed for service. In most cases it is not necessary to include the battery or carrying case.
Please allow time of shipping and at least 5 business days once the item has arrived before inquiry. Once the item has been assessed, you will receive a call with an estimate of repair and discuss credit card information over the phone if payment is required.
Use whatever shipping method that is most convenient for you. Most mailing services will provide you with the proper shipping materials. As stated in policy, Vexilar will not pay for shipping to receive the item. Keep a copy of the shipper's tracking number of your package for your records!
