Before sending your unit in for service first verify your battery has at least 12 volts going to the unit. Please do not assume your battery is good just because the battery is new or was recently charged.

Please include a copy of your receipt (if needed for warranty) and a note inside the package with your name, address, daytime phone number, email and a short description of the issue. Include only what’s needed for service. In most cases it is not necessary to send the battery or carrying case.
Please allow time of shipping and at least 5 business days once the item has arrived before calling to see if it arrived or has been worked on. Average repairs can vary from $30.00 to $115.00 depending on what needs to be done. Once the item has been assessed you may receive a call with an estimate of repair and then provide credit card information over the phone if payment is required. Average turn around for service is about 1 to 5 business days.
Use whatever shipping method that is most convenient for you. Most mailing services will provide you with the proper shipping materials. As stated in the warranty policy Vexilar will not pay for shipping to receive the item.
